In 2018, Busk for a Cure expanded with over 50 artists, raising over $6000 for Cancer Council NSW and Crohn's & Colitis Australia.
2017
In 2017, we raised just over $3000 for Cancer Council and Crohn's & Colitis Australia.
2016
Raising $3000 for Cancer Council and Crohns & Colitis, 2016 was the year we started growing Busk for a Cure into something bigger.
2015
Helmut went solo, with no energy to organise the full festival during the toughest times of his mother’s struggle with cancer. Busk for a Cure 2015 was just a night out busking, what it lacked in scale it made up for with heart.
2014
Our first year! Organised by a group of university students, the first ever Busk for a Cure was just 5 buskers at Hyde Park. We were almost kicked out by rangers, but still raised $500.
